Fiona White-Tripp

Fiona consciously started her spiritual journey in 2006 when she completed a psychic development course which spoke to the spiritual inclination she had since childhood. She is inspired by the work of many – Dan Millman, John Donoghue, Elizabeth Kubler-Ross, Michael Harner, Joseph Campbell – to Carl Jung, Stanislav and Christina Grof, Ervin Laslow, ‘Abraham Hicks’, Ken Wilber, Fritjof Capra.  They bring wonderful wisdom, maps of consciousness, knowledge, scientific and metaphysical teachings and translated the ancient knowledge into a language that ‘modern society’ could relate to.  She started her Shamanic and Transpersonal training in the Irish Centre for Shamanic and Transpersonal studies in 2006.  The experiential and direct path of revelation methods of Shamanism resonated deeply for her.  Core values in her work are – empowerment of the individual, integrity and respect.

In her early years she qualified in Fitness and Leisure Management and worked in the industry with adults and children.  After travelling for a number of years she then moved into a variety of corporate roles.  She left the corporate world in 2017, the last fourteen years of which were spent in the IT Industry.

Fiona is a Shamanic Practitioner (2009), Shamanic Counsellor (2011) and Transpersonal Therapist (2017), qualifying with the Irish Centre for Shamanic and Transpersonal Studies.  In 2023 Fiona completed AKA (Aliveness Kundalini Activation) training and is currently integrating this with her own experience and knowledge for a future offering.

Fiona qualified as a Birth Doula (DONA International) and GentleBirth™ Instructor in 2016. She worked in the birth field from 2016 until 2020, but has stepped back from this area at the moment.

Fiona enjoys spending time in nature in solitude, and other times in the company of family and friends! She is invigorated by nights out dancing to her favourite DJ’s. Fiona loves to sit in circle with like minded people. Following years of involvement in team sports, she now participates in Kundalini Yoga, Taoist practises and appreciates the simple things in life.

Fiona lives in Wicklow with her husband and son.
