One of my teachings from the spirit guides at our Shamanic Drumming Circle on 5th November was around the notion of not having a fear of death and feeling prepared.

Many people, especially those on a spiritual path, will say they do not fear death. This can be true on many levels; we know we are eternal beings and death is just a rebirth. We may have developed a strong spiritual practice to remain conscious at the time of death as our spirit leaves our body, we may have a known roadmap on the astral and other dimensions and feel ready for that onward journey. We constantly work on the letting go, of loved ones, of our attachments to this life etc. so that when the time comes, we may have more ease in surrendering and ensure we are at peace with things in this life. We strive to contemplate situations or things that may perturb us at the end, the unfinished business, and work on this while we are alive.

However, the guidance given was this…
At the time of death, ready and prepared and ‘knowing’ what to expect or not. What dictates how easy it will be to surrender without fear and die consciously is – HOW MUCH OF WHAT YOU CAME HERE TO DO, DID YOU ACTUALLY DO?
You don’t need to ‘know your mission’. You could be unconscious of the soul journey in this life, but if you lived a mindful life, used your gifts, gleaned wisdom from life’s lessons, did your best, had as much joy and fun as you could… chances are death will be peaceful and joyous.

Those that are on a spiritual path may think, I’m doing it, I’m serving my purpose and doing my best. But at the time of death there is panic and fear when it hits home that we got caught in the egoic ‘spiritual’ illusion of being more conscious, more evolved! We settled for doing so much less than we were capable of doing and settled for not experiencing more fully this gift of life.
Are you harbouring secret feelings of being delighted with yourself because you know what you know!?

Wetiko (evil manifest as a mind virus) that is rampant in humanity is deluding us, we all experience and suffer from it. Diligence and laser focus in required.

Because we live in a time of a redistribution of power, the end of an age and the possibility to evolve humanity and create a New Earth, the evil is doing its job of propelling us forward by these challenges as the polarity of the light. Evil exists and creeps in to all the vacant unconscious places.

So the message was:
Don’t stop the preparation, death is our best teacher and friend.
Don’t loose focus.
Don’t stay comfortable, go to the uncomfortable places and be with what resides there.
Do your inner work, shadow work, light work.
